Add more properties at any time while we manage for you and your rate keeps dropping on this schedule. The new, lower rate applies to all of your existing properties as well. Properties you bring on day one and properties you add later count the same.

Rate is a percentage of the monthly rent collected. Minimum fee of $85 per unit, per month.
This schedule applies to new management agreements. It sets the management-fee percentage in our Property Management Agreement; all other terms of the agreement apply.
